Access Violation Error

Step 1. 

Close down program and restart the computer.

Step 2. 

Open up Cashbook and if the error occurs again at the same spot please make a backup of your data, (i.e. File/Backup Data Files menu option)

Step 3. 

Either: (a) Upload your backup to the Practical Systems Data Warehouse, then send an email to support@practicalsystems.com.au with an explanation of what you were doing when the error occurred and your data warehouse password.
NOTE that the data warehouse password is case sensitive
Or: (b) Attach the backup you have just created to an email and send it to Practical Systems with an explanation of what you were doing when the error occurred.
