"Add Pay Transactions to Cashbook" Option not Appearing

If someone does not have the option to add a pay into Cashbook, they need to ensure the following :
  1. Pay is within the current financial year
  2. Add pay transaction to cashbook ticked
  3. Pay by type is either Cheque, Bank or Bank/EFT.  Cash it will NOT generate the Add Pay to Cashbook

1. The pay needs to be within the current financial year.


2. The box "Add Pay Transactions to Cashbook" is ticked 


3. The "Pay By' setting on the Default Pay Rates tab is either Cheque, Bank or Bank/EFT File. 

If it is selected to Cash it will NOT generate the Add Pay to Cashbook
