If you are unable to see some of the figures properly in Advanced Budgets, this is most likely a computer font size problem. Depending on your computer operating system, try one of the following. If these options do not solve the display problem, please contact your computer technician or Practical Systems on 1800 624 688.
Windows XP:
1. Right-click on a blank area on the Desktop
2. Click on Properties
3. Click on the Appearance tab
4. The Font size must be Normal rather than Large Fonts or Extra Large Fonts
5. Click OK to save the change & then re-open your Cashbook program
Windows Vista:
1. Right-click on a blank area on the Desktop
2. Click on Personalise
3. In the top left corner you should be able to see an item marked Adjust font size (DPI)
4. Make sure that Default scale (96 DPI) is selected rather than Larger Scale (120 DPI)
5. Click on the OK button to save the change & then re-open your Cashbook program
Windows 7:
1. Right-click on a blank area on the Desktop
2. Click on Personalise
3. Click on Display in bottom left corner
4. Select Smaller – 100% (default)
5. Click Apply to record changes
6. If you still have problems, on the above screen click on Set custom text size (DPI)
7. Check that is on “9 point Segoe UI at 96 pixels per inch”
8. Click on the OK button
9. Re-open your Cashbook program
