Annual Leave From Previous Financial Year

Rolling over Annual Leave entitlements from the previous year

You will need to create a new entry to add the Annual Leave entitlement due.

Step 1. Select the Employee

  • Click on the  Payroll   toolbar option
  • Click on the  Employees   tab
  • Double-click on the employee for whom you wish to add leave entitlements to (or click once and click on the  Edit  button)

 

Step 2. Leave Records

Click on the  Leave Records   tab.

 

Step 3. Add Record

Click on the  Add   button

 

Step 4. Entering Leave Due

  • Record the  Date  from which   the leave is accrued
  • Enter the leave entitlement days into the  Leave Due   box.

Click on the   OK button   and the entry will be added to the Leave Records.
