Bank Feeds - Processing Transfer Transactions
There are 3 reasons why the user may receive a message saying that the bank has been reconciled when trying to process a Transfer transaction, they are:
There are 2 or more bank accounts registered for PS Bank Feeds
The Transfer transaction is from one registered bank account to another
One of the bank accounts has been reconciled
Solution: 'Match' the transfer transaction in the second bank account:
If the transfer transaction is not in the Incoming Transaction details list in the Matched Transaction window, then:
