Common Registration Errors for Cashbook &Stockbook
1. C:\Programs Files (x86)\PracSys folder must have full User access, otherwise this error occurs:
Clients need to create an exception for this folder in their anti-virus/firewall software.
2. Sometimes corruption in C:\ProgramData\PracSys occurs and attempting to reinstall Cashbook generates the following error. The solution is to remove the C:\ProgramData\PracSys folder.
The client will have already downloaded the program, possibly for a demonstration and then attempted to reinstall it so a conflict occurs. Remove all the folders as per the KB for uninstalling CB/SB and re-install a brand new program, register it and ensure they can restore their data.
