Copy budget data into the Next Year

Copying the current year Data into next year of the Budget

  1. Click on the  Budgets > Advanced Budgets  menu option.
  2. Click on the  File > Open  menu option, and click on the name of the budget you wish to copy eg. Farm Budget 2009/2010 .

  1. Select a specific enterprise .
  2. Click on the  Tools > Copy Selected Year to Next Year  menu option

  1. Click  Yes  to Confirm message 'Are you sure that you want to copy all data for the current enterprise for the year ending Jun-XXXX into the current enterprise for the year ending Jun-YYYY?' (or similar)
  2. Your current year data is now copied into the  Next Year  of your budget
