Data Hosting - Hosted Companies.
Data Hosting - Hosted Companies
This function is accessed by clicking on the
Setup
>
Data Hosting
menu option, then click on the
Hosted Companies
tab.
The Hosted Companies window you can view:
Company Name
-
Name of company being hosted.
My Company
-
Ticked if you are the owner of this hosted company.

Unticked if it has been shared with you.
Users
-
If My Company is ticked - this will show how many users you have shared this company with.

If My company is not ticked - this will be 0.
If you are the owner of the hosted company, the following option buttons are available:

the owner of the hosted company, the following option buttons are available:

View a Hosted Company. (shows hosted years)

Download a Hosted Company. Clicking on the Download button will download and restore a current company into Cashbook.
Note:
Download button is only visible if the selected hosted company is not in Cashbook.
