"Date is not a valid date/time" error.

"00/00/0000 is not a valid date/time" error (The date can be different for each case) 

To correct the error: 

Step 1. Setup Menu option

  1. Click on   BAS on the Menu bar
  2. Click the Setup  menu option

Step 2. BAS Return  

If   Last BAS Return this year  is showing as 'None',  Click on the drop down arrow and re-select 'None'.

Step 3.PAYG Withholding 

If  PAYG W'Holding Paid To  is showing as 'None',   Click on the drop down arrow and re-select  'None'.

Step 4. Close Cashbook

Close out of Cashbook

Step 5. Check Date format

Open the Control panel from the Start Menu on your computer and check the date format in Regional Settings.
Make sure the date has slashes (/) not dashes (-) between the numbers of dates and the short-date format is 'dd/mm/yyyy'.

Step 6. Re-open Cashbook

Re-open Cashbook and repeat what you were doing when error occurred
