Getting an error when trying to email my Cashbook backup

Ensure that your email parameters are correct.

If you are still having problems, please contact Practical Systems on 1800 624 688.

As a workaround, try the following:

  1. Save the backup file to your hard disc or USB stick (note the location you are backing up to)
  2. Open a new email
  3. Add an attachment
  4. Navigate to the backup file
  5. Send the email as you normally would
