Why can't I email my Cashbook report?

Cashbook has two types of reports:

1. ACE reports. These are recognizable by 'PS Viewer' in the top left-hand corner, as below:

Click on the email button and choose what type of report you want to email. Normally you would choose PDF. Then set your email parameters (if not already done).
 Details on setting email parameters are available in the Knowledge Base.

2. Fast Reports reports. These are recognizable by 'PS Preview' in the top left-hand corner, as below:

Fast Reports can only be sent as an email (by clicking on the email icon, as above) if you are using Bigpond as your email provider.
In all other situations, you will need to save your Fast Reports as a PDF file and then email it as an attachment.

If you have a Bigpond email address and you still can't send your Fast Report as an email, ensure that your account parameters are set as follows

Host: mail.bigpond.com
Login: your full email address. E.g. support@bigpond.com
Password: your password
Port: 25
Timeout: >15
