Error Message like the following when restoring data into Cashbook Platinum


These errors generally indicate that you are on an earlier database version of Cashbook Platinum than that used by whoever sent you the data.
You cannot work with the data you have restored as it will be missing data.

You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Cashbook Platinum, and then restore the data again.
Choose Either:
  1. Use the  Help> Check for updates  menu option,
OR
  1. Go to our website www.practicalsystems.com.au and Click Client Support > Client Downloads.
