Incorrect Dates in the BAS, Debtors & Creditors

If strange dates are appearing in the BAS, Debtors and Creditors windows, it is most likely due to incorrect date settings on the computer

Step 1: Check Settings

  1. Go to Start menu
  2. Click on Control Panel
  3. Region and Language (or equivalent depending on computer's operating system)
  4. Ensure the  Format is 'English (Australia)' 
  5. Ensure the Short date format is 'dd/MM/yyyy'
  6. Click OK
