This can be tested by doing the following:
iv. Double-click on the applicationv. Wait for approximately 10 seconds and re-open Cashbook Platinumvi. Select Yes to upgrade the database if promptedvii. Continue using the program as usual
If still encountering problems trying to restore data, the most likely cause is that the version of Cashbook is older than the version the backup was taken from. This can be fixed by upgrading to the latest version.
