You need to Rebuild Indexes. This option provides a method of correcting file errors which can result from power failures, etc.

If you are using  Cashbook Plus

  1. From the  Utilitie s menu, select  Rebuild Indexes
  2. Click  OK  
  3. Then Click   OK  when your Rebuild is Complete.

If you are using  Cashbook Platinum

  1. From the  Utilities  menu, Select  Reindex> Pack Database .
  2. Select  Quick Rebuild (Normal)  then C lick  OK  then  Yes  to Confirm.
  3. Click  Yes  to Confirm, when you have ensured that all other users have closed down Cashbook .
  4. Click  OK  when your Rebuild is Complete.

The file rebuild process will only take a minute or so to complete.
