You need to Rebuild Indexes. This option provides a method of correcting file errors which can result from power failures, etc.
If you are using
Cashbook Plus

Utilitie

menu, select
Rebuild Indexes

Click
OK

Then
Click
OK
when your
Rebuild
is Complete.
If you are using
Cashbook Platinum
-
From the
Utilities
menu, Select
Reindex> Pack Database
.

Select
Quick Rebuild
(Normal)
then C
lick
OK
then
Yes
to Confirm.

Click
Yes
to Confirm, when you have ensured that all other users have closed down
Cashbook
.

Click
OK
when your
Rebuild
is Complete.
The file rebuild process will only take a minute or so to complete.
