"List index is out of date" Error
To correct "List index is out of date" Rebuild Indexes. This option provides a method of correcting file errors which can result from power failures, etc.
Cashbook Connect
- Utilities menu
 - Select Rebuild Indexes
 - Click OK and then click OK when Rebuild is Complete
 
Cashbook Platinum
- Utilities menu
 - Select Reindex/Pack Database
 - Select Quick Rebuild (Normal) 
 - Click OK and Yes to Confirm
 - Click Yes to Confirm, when all other users have closed down Cashbook
 - Click OK when Rebuild is Complete
 
The file rebuild process will only take a minute or so to complete
