"List index is out of date" Error


To correct "List index is out of date" Rebuild Indexes. This option provides a method of correcting file errors which can result from power failures, etc.

Cashbook Connect

  1. Utilities menu
  2. Select Rebuild Indexes
  3. Click OK and then click OK when Rebuild is Complete

Cashbook Platinum

  1. Utilities menu
  2. Select Reindex/Pack Database
  3. Select Quick Rebuild (Normal) 
  4. Click OK and Yes to Confirm
  5. Click Yes to Confirm, when all other users have closed down Cashbook
  6. Click OK when Rebuild is Complete
The file rebuild process will only take a minute or so to complete
