I have upgraded my Cashbook program from version 2013 to version 2016, and it seems that my data has disappeared

It is possible that you are not working in the correct company

To ensure that you are in the correct company:

  • Click on the   File  Companies  menu option  
  • Click on the company you want
  • Click on the  Select  button
