Missing Menu Options

Sometimes finding the Electronic ID, Utilities, Help or Windows menu options are not easy. 

This could be caused either by:

• Your window not being wide enough.  To fix this:
  
• Drag the a of the window by hovering your mouse over one of the borders until you get a double arrow / drag symbol to the right to widen the window. Drag out the window to the appropriate size
  
• You can click on the minimise / maximise buttons next to the cross to close the window.
  
  
• Your computer font size is too large.
  

The procedure to do this may be different depending on what operating system you are using. If neither of the following procedures seems relevant to your computer, please look for specific details for your operating system, on the web, or contact your computer technician. 

To change the computer Font size try the following options: 

1. Right Click on your Desktop.
2. Click on Personalize.
3. Click on Display.
4. Change the size of the text to the smallest option.

1. Click on the Start button.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Click on Fonts.
4. Click on Change font size.
5. Change the size of the text to the smallest option.
