Moving transactions from one Bank Account to another

I have entered a transaction into the wrong bank account. How do I assign it to the correct bank account
PLEASE NOTE: Only transactions that have NOT been ticked as presented (cleared) can be transferred
  • Click on the Utilities > Cashbook Reallocation menu option
In the 'Reallocate Transactions to a Different Bank' window:
  • Select the bank you have incorrectly entered the transactions into, from the drop down menu in the Original Bank option.
  • Select the bank you want the transactions to be correctly entered into, from the drop down menu in the Change to Bank option.
  • Select the transaction(s) you want to transfer by clicking on them, so they are now highlighted
  • For multiple transactions that fall one after the other, click on the first transaction. Hold down the Shift key and click on the last transaction. This will highlight all transactions in between the first and the last transaction, inclusive
  • For multiple transactions that are mixed between correctly entered transactions, click on the first transaction. Hold down the Ctrl key, click on each of the other transactions
  • Only the selected transactions will be highlighted
  • Click on the OK button

  • A confirmation prompt will appear, similar to the following:

 Click on the Yes button
