
This article assumes that the support staff have sent you a new template file. If that is not the case, please contact Practical Systems
To load a new invoice template into Cashbook:
Step 1: Invoices
- Debtors toolbar
- Invoices tab
Step 2: Add
- Click Add at the bottom of the page or Edit an existing invoice

Step 3: Invoice Template
- Go to the Invoice Template section
- Click on the + button at the right side of the box

Step 4: Add Layout
- Click Add a layout

Step 5: Select File
- Locate the new invoice file, select it. It should look similar this:

Step 6: Exit
- With the new invoice template highlighted, click Exit at the bottom of the page. This will return to the Add Customer Invoice window

The new invoice template will now be available to use from the scroll down box in the Invoice Template window
