How do I change the opening stock numbers in advanced trading accounts?

To update the opening numbers in the Advanced Trading Accounts:

1. Click on the Setup > Advanced Trading Accounts menu option (or Transactions > Advanced Trading Accounts).
2. Click on + box beside the Trading Accounts type required. (eg. Livestock)
3. Click on the Enterprise that needs updating. (eg. Cattle Trading)
4. On the right hand side of the screen, click on thebutton.
5. Type in the number of animals in the Quantity column, against the required Class. (eg. WEANER HEIFERS)
6. Click on the OK button.

To update the opening numbers in Advanced Budgets:

1. Click on the Budgets > Advanced Budgets menu option.
2. Click on the + box beside <Enterprises>. 
3. Click on the + box beside the Enterprise that you want to update. (eg. Cattle Trading)
4. Click on the Enterprise Class that you want to enter the opening numbers for. (eg. WEANER STEERS)
5. In the first month of the budget in the Opening No. square, you can enter the opening numbers for that month (eg. July).
6. You can't change the closing numbers at all. That is determined by the activities throughout the month.
