Payroll - Reports - Payment History
Printing a report showing an employees' Payment History
Step 1. Select the Pay History option

Open the payroll module by clicking on the
Payroll
toolbar option

Click on the
Reports
tab
-
Select the
Pays History
option from the
Report
list
Step 2. Select the Employees
-
Select the employee(s) for which you wish to create the report
-
Select the
Detailed by Employee
option from the
Report Type
list
-
Tick the
Include Details of each pay
box. (This will appear after selecting the report type)

Click on the
Print
button at the bottom of the page
Step 3. Report Viewer Window
The
Report Viewer
window will appear with the results of your report
Step 4. Save or Print Report
You are now able to
Save or Print
the report
