Step 1.  Click on the  Budgets  toolbar option

Step 2.  Open the budget you wish to change

Step 3.  Click on the  Tools > Used Products  menu option

Step 4. Find the Product/ Item that you wish to change

• Find the product for which you wish to change the unit price
• To change the  Cashbook Price , click in that column and enter the new Cashbook price

Step 5. Change the Budget Price

To change the  Budget Price , click in that column and enter the new Budget price (this is the price you will see in your budget worksheets).

Step 6.  Click on the  OK  button
