I have assigned some transactions to the wrong bank account. How do I move them to a different bank account?

Step 1

Click on the Utilities > Cashbook Reallocation menu option

Step 2

Choose the bank account in which the transactions are currently (incorrectly) recorded, in the Original Bank drop down list.

A list of transactions in that bank account will appear in the space below.

Step 3

Choose the bank account in which transactions should be, in the Change to Bank drop down list.

Step 4

Highlight the transaction(s) you wish to reallocate by clicking on the transaction line(s).

If you wish to select a contiguous block of transactions, select the first transaction then hold the Shift key and select the last transaction.

If you wish to select transactions from several positions in the list, click on the first one you wish to choose, and then hold down the Ctrl key and select the other transactions individually.

Click on the OK button when you have highlighted all the transactions you wish to move.
