Cashbook bank account won't reconcile with the bank statement

There could be several reasons for this:

2. You may have altered the opening balance of the bank account. Please click on the following link: Changing Opening Balances.
3. You may have entered a transaction incorrectly, duplicated a transaction or missed a transaction.
