Remove a transaction/s from Process EFT list

Remove a Transaction/s from Process EFT List

To remove a payment from the EFT list without processing it to an EFT file:

• Click on Transactions
  
• Process EFT menu option
  
• Tick (right click) the required transaction/s
• Click the Remove Items from the EFT List button
• Click Yes to the Confirm message: 'This process will remove currently ticked items from the EFT payment list (but not the cashbook). Do you want to proceed?'
  

 

Alternatively,

• Click on Cashbook icon
• Double click on the required transaction to edit
• Un-tick the EFT File checkbox
• Click OK to save
