If invoicing is GST inclusive, the price entered includes GST

To set up debtor invoicing so the price entered is GST inclusive

• Click on the Debtors toolbar icon
• Click on the Setup tab
• Tick the Invoice Pricing is GST inclusive check box Note: if not ticked, the GST is added to all invoice prices entered
• Click Home to save settings
  

To set up creditor invoicing so the price entered is GST inclusive

• Click on the Creditors toolbar icon
• Click on the Setup tab
• Tick the Invoice Pricing is GST inclusive check box
• Click Home to save settings
  

Note: You can also click on the Calculators/GST Calculator menu option to calculate individual goods and sales tax (GST) inclusive and exclusive prices.
