Show Opening Balance and Paid Accounts on Statements
Summary
How do I get the opening balance and paid accounts to appear on my customers/suppliers statement of account?
Detailed Description
Step 1
- Click on the Debtors toolbar icon
- Click on the Reports tab
- Click on the Statements button

Step 2
- Enter the require Start Date and End Date
- Choose the customers for which you wish to print
- All Customers, Selected Customers or One customer
- Do not tick Show Balance Details
- Click Print button to proceed
Note: Tick Include Paid Invoices check box if you want to print customer statements for those Customers/Debtors who have a zero account balance,
(ie. not longer owe your business any money), but have paid an invoice/s during the selected date range.
Statements will only print for those customers with an outstanding balance, if this option is not ticked.

Step 3
- Click on the Creditors toolbar icon
- Click on the Reports tab
- Click on the Statements button

Step 4
- Enter the require Start Date and End Date
- Choose the customers for which you wish to print
- All Customers, Selected Customers or One customer
- Do not tick Show Balance Details
- Click Print button to proceed
Note: Tick Include Paid Invoices check box if you want to print supplier statements for those Suppliers/Creditors you have paid in full,
(i.e. have a zero account balance) during the selected date range.
Statements will only print for those suppliers with an outstanding balance owed to them, if this option is not ticked.
