How do I allocate an employee's wage to one or more enterprises?

Detailed Description

Step 1

  •  Click on the Payroll toolbar icon

Step 2

  • Click on the required employee
  • Click on the Select Employee button. 

Step 3

  • Click on the Employee Details tab.
  • Make sure the Add Pay Transactions to Cashbook box is ticked. 

Step 4 

  • Click on the Default Pay Rates tab.
  • Click on the Wages/Salary tab. 

Step 4

  • Select the Pay Type you wish to allocate to a specific enterprise (or create a new one, if necessary, via the Add button).
  • Click on the Edit button. 

Step 5

  • For Optional Cashbook Account, choose 'Allocate to'
  • Select the required enterprise
  • Click on the OK button
  • By doing this, you can effectively split a pay across several enterprises, using a separate pay type fpr each enterprise.
