Splitting an employee pay between various enterprises

How do I allocate an employee's wage to one or more enterprises?
Detailed Description
Step 1
- Click on the Payroll toolbar icon
Step 2
- Click on the required employee
- Click on the Select Employee button.
Step 3
- Click on the Employee Details tab.
- Make sure the Add Pay Transactions to Cashbook box is ticked.
Step 4
- Click on the Default Pay Rates tab.
- Click on the Wages/Salary tab.
Step 4
- Select the Pay Type you wish to allocate to a specific enterprise (or create a new one, if necessary, via the Add button).
- Click on the Edit button.
Step 5
- For Optional Cashbook Account, choose 'Allocate to'
- Select the required enterprise
- Click on the OK button
- By doing this, you can effectively split a pay across several enterprises, using a separate pay type fpr each enterprise.
