"Unknown error" Error

"Unknown error" Error

Receiving an "Unknown error" while trying to upgrade through the program or connecting to Data Warehouse.

While trying to connect, the following Error message pops up: "There was an error connecting to the server. The error was 'unknown error'"

Step 1. Check internet connection 

Check you are connected to the internet. If you are not, connect to the internet, close and reopen Cashbook and then retry.

Step 2. Check you are on the latest version

To do this go to Help > About, the version number is at the top of the window.
You can check it is the latest by checking the Practical Systems Website.
If you are not on the latest version you will need to upgrade.
If this can't be done from within Cashbook, upgrade directly from our website.
