Step 1. Check internet connection
Check you are connected to the internet. If you are not, connect to the internet, close and reopen Cashbook and then retry.
Step 2. Check you are on the latest version
To do this go to Help > About, the version number is at the top of the window.
If you are not on the latest version you will need to upgrade.
If this can't be done from within Cashbook, upgrade directly from our website.
