Recording Loan Income
Step 1.
Set up the required loan accounts in the chart of accounts
Click on the following knowledge base article for details on how to do a
Basic Loan Accounts Setup
Step 2.
Click on the
Cashbook
toolbar icon
Select the required bank
Click on the
Add
button
Step 3.
Click on the
Receipt (deposit)
transaction type and fill out the transaction details
Step 4.
Select the account code from the
Code
drop down menu
This will be the
LOAN INCOME
account that was set up previously
Step 5.
Click on the
OK
button
Click on the
Cancel / Exit
button
The loan income transaction should be in the list of transactions for your selected bank
