The transactions menu provides you with access to the trading accounts, the process of EFTs, Bank Feed, importing of CSV files and many more useful functions.
Reports
Cashbook provides enriched transactional management and financial analysis tools including comprehensive financial reporting, analysis which allows you to manage the performance, financial position, and cash flows of your business.
Setup
This function allows you access to edit/create/delete items in Cashbook such as Chart of accounts, enterprises, invoices, customers/suppliers, bank feeds and a range of other functions including the general settings for the software.
Budgets
Cashbook has a dedicated feature to creat budgets. A budget is a financial plan for a defined period, often one year. It may also include planned sales volumes and revenues, resource quantities, costs and expenses, assets, liabilities and cash flows.
GST
Cashbook provides a full capability for recording GST (Goods & Services Tax) information on Income & Expenditure including BAS (Business Activity Statement) return preparation and detailed audit listings.
Calculators
Cashbook has an inbuilt mathematical calculator, loan repayments calculator and a GST calculator.
Registers
Cashbook provides the capability to maintain many registers, these include: Fix Assets, Product Items, Investments, Payroll, Customers and Suppliers.
Utilities
There is a number of useful utilities in Cashbook such as Year-End Processing, Cashbook Reallocation, Reminders and many other functions that can assist you.
Users
Cashbook has a function that allows a user to enable/disable access or edit, and delete user account access to areas in the software.
Window
The windows area allows you to close and any windows you have open in Cashbook.

The help area has many functions that can assist you in accessing our Knowledge base, check for updates, join our remote support to connect to our support technicians and check what version you are using.
